These Terms of Use apply to your use of Findsparkonline (the “website”) for individuals, along with any associated software applications and websites (all together, “Technologies”). These Terms form an agreement between you and Findsparkonline, and they include our Service Terms and important provisions for resolving disputes through arbitration. Findsparkonline is an online chat application that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate virtual and fictional characters (the “AI Girlfriends & AI Boyfriends”). The website generates messages, so that you can chat with the AI Girlfriends & AI Boyfriends. The website can also generate media including, but not limited to, images, videos and voice notes (the “Services”). Parts of the Services offered by the website may require you to create a user account.
Article 1. Registration and access
Minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
Registration. Provide accurate and complete information when registering. Do not share your account details. If using services on behalf of someone else, ensure you have their authorization.
Article 2. Using our Services
Allowed Uses: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services. In using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as any documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
Prohibited Uses:
Do not use the services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. This includes infringing on others’ rights, modifying or distributing our services, attempting to reverse engineer the services, extracting data automatically, misrepresenting output as human-generated, interfering with our services, or using output to develop competing models.
For example, you may not:
- Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone’s rights.
- Modify, copy, lease, sell or distribute any of our Services.
- Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services.
- Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output.
- Represent that Output was human generated when it was not.
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services or bypass protections.
- Use Output to develop models that compete with Findsparkonline.
- Use any information from the website for competing purposes including training competing models, algorithms and/or software.
Human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse:
Strictly prohibited. Any activity promoting or involving trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or abuse will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
Third Party Services:
Our services may include third-party software, products, or output. These are subject to their own terms.
Feedback:
You agree we may use your feedback without restriction or compensation.
Article 3. Content
Your Content:
You generate your own AI character. You are responsible for your Input and represent that you have rights to the content you submit.
Ownership of Content:
All AI characters, platform design, logos, and software are the property of Findsparkonline or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
When you upload content, you grant Findsparkonline a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, display, translate, or create derivative works consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The license ends when you delete your content or account, except where used in commercial or sponsored content.
Similarity of Content:
Output may be similar for different users due to AI behavior.
Our Use of Content:
We may use Content to operate and improve our Services and comply with laws.
Opt-out:
To prevent your content from being used to train models, email support@findsparkonline.com.
Accuracy:
AI may produce inaccurate or offensive content. Do not rely on Outputs for legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions.
Article 4. Intellectual Property Rights
Findsparkonline and its affiliates own all rights to the Services.
Article 5. Subscription
Paid subscriptions:
Some Services require payment. Benefits vary and will be shown before purchase.
Billing:
Subscriptions automatically renew. Payments must be accurate. Failed payments may suspend your access.
Cancellation:
You may cancel anytime. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Changes:
Price changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
Article 6. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
- Your use poses risk or harm
Inactive free accounts for over one year may be terminated.

If we discontinue Services, we will notify you and refund any prepaid unused Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “AS IS.” No warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability is the greater of $100 or the amount paid in the past 12 months.
Article 8. Indemnity
Businesses and organizations agree to indemnify Findsparkonline from third-party claims.
Dispute Resolution
Mandatory arbitration and class action waiver apply.
You may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@findsparkonline.com.

General Terms
- You cannot transfer your rights; we may transfer ours.
- We may update Terms with 30 days’ notice if changes materially affect you.
- Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
- You must comply with export control laws.
Governing Law
Cyprus law governs these Terms. All claims will be brought exclusively in the courts of Cyprus.
